AOD 9604
Brief Overview -
AOD-9604 (Advanced Obesity Drug) is a synthetic peptide fragment that comprises a modified 15 amino acid region of GH with a tyrosine component to help stabilize the molecule. It was originally developed by Professor Frank Ng at Monash University in Australia, with the intent of finding an anti-obesity drug that had the fat-burning effects of human growth hormone (HGH) without the muscle-building effect. Similar to GH, AOD-9604 aids weight reduction in rodent models of obesity and was originally developed for the treatment of obesity in humans. Additionally, it does not stimulate the production of IGF-1, has positive effects on the differentiation of adipose mesenchymal stem cells into bone, and was found to promote proteoglycan and collagen production in isolated bovine chondrocytes in an in vitro study. Its positive effects include promoting the repair of bone and cartilage in cases of OA.

Brief Overview -
BPC-157, composed of 15 amino acids, is a partial sequence of body protection compounds (BPC) that is discovered in and isolated from human gastric juice. Experimentally it has been demonstrated to accelerate the healing of many different wounds, including tendons, muscles and the nervous system, as well as superior healing of damaged ligaments. CJC-1295/Ipamorelin
Brief Overview -
CJC-1295 is a 30 amino acid peptide hormone that has shown promising and amazing results as a Growth Hormone Releasing Hormone (GHRH) analog. CJC-1295 stimulates HGH secretion and can provide a steady increase of HGH with minimal effect on cortisol and prolactin levels. This means increased protein synthesis thus promoting growth and fat loss simultaneously. Ipamorelin mimics ghrelin and binds to the ghrelin receptor (or GH secretagogue receptor, GHSR) in the brain, thereby selectively stimulating the release of GH from the pituitary gland. Ipamorelin

Ipamorelin mimics ghrelin and binds to the ghrelin receptor (or GH secretagogue receptor, GHSR) in the brain, thereby selectively stimulating the release of GH from the pituitary gland. This results in increased plasma GH levels, which would affect many biological processes. Besides its presence in the brain, GHSR can also be found in the gastrointestinal tract, heart, lung, liver, kidney, pancreas, adipose tissue and immune cells. Unlike other GH-releasing peptides, Ipamorelin only stimulates GH release in a manner very similar to that of growth hormone-releasing hormone.

Brief Overview -
Kisspeptins are a family of peptide hormones, which have been shown to play a critical role in the regulation of the hypothalamic-pituitary–gonadal axis, thus influencing fertility and reproduction. In 1996, a research team at the University of Pennsylvania (Hershey, PA, USA) first identified the Kisspeptin gene (KISS1 - named after the most famous local product Hershey’s Kisses) for its anti-metastatic properties in malignant melanoma. Later on Kisspeptin-based studies have identified a role in idiopathic hypogonadotropic hypogonadism, hypothalamic amenorrhoea, hyperprolactinaemia, in vitro fertilization, polycystic ovarian syndrome and psychosexual disorders.

Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) is a fat-soluble vitamin that helps your body absorb calcium and phosphorus. Having the right amount of vitamin D3, calcium, and phosphorus is important for building and keeping strong bones. Vitamin D3 is used to treat and prevent bone disorders (such as rickets, osteomalacia). Made by the body when skin is exposed to sunlight, sunscreen, protective clothing, limited exposure to sunlight, dark skin, and age may prevent getting enough vitamin D3 from the sun. Vitamin D3 with calcium is used to treat or prevent bone loss (osteoporosis). You can also use Vitamin D3 with other medications to treat low levels of calcium or phosphate caused by certain disorders (such as hypoparathyroidism, pseudohypoparathyroidism, familial hypophosphatemia).
